Cleaning that brings fabric back.
Our own trademarked process, built for the fabrics people care about.
Our process takes more steps and better cleaning agents than a standard clean. It rinses out the residue that makes fabric get dirty again, then adds softener and optical brighteners so color comes back. We disinfect as we clean and finish with a protective coating.

About Fiber Clean
Twenty years of taking care of the things inside people’s homes and businesses.
When a fire, flood or big project disrupts a property, the building gets most of the attention. The belongings inside are usually what people care about most: furniture, clothing, photos, heirlooms, files and equipment. That is the part we handle.
Restoration contractors bring us in alongside their crews, property managers call us for emergencies and unit cleanouts, and insurance adjusters rely on our inventories and photos. Everything we pack goes to our warehouse facility in Hanover, MD, where it is cleaned, stored and tracked until it goes home.
It comes down to integrity, craftsmanship and treating your things like our own.

Yes. We only handle contents, so we work alongside restoration contractors instead of competing with them, and we give adjusters the inventory and photos they need.
Make sure everyone is safe and the property has been cleared by the fire department or utility if needed. Stop the water if it is safe to do so, take photos, and do not throw anything away before it has been documented.
